Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will support our operations by managing administrative tasks, inputting scheduling, coordinate risk assessment bookings and other remedial works, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

General Administration: Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence with clients and suppliers.

Booking & Scheduling: Assisting with scheduling and route planning for our team of engineers and Risk Assessors, logging jobs onto management system. Booking hotels for overnight stays.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records on our inhouse systems and spreadsheets.

Invoicing & Finance Support: Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and basic financial administration.

Customer Support: Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients regarding service queries.

Compliance Support: Ensure all sample documentation, certifications, and reports are uploaded onto our compliance system and uploaded into client file and recorded.

Office Organisation: Order office supplies, manage documents, and support the team with general admin tasks.

Marketing & Social Media: Assist where required with social posts, website updates, email marketing and customer engagement where needed.

Any other duties required to fulfil the administering needs of the business

Requirements:

– Experience in an administrative role (experience in water treatment, compliance, or facilities management is a plus).

– Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

– Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new  systems.

– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

– A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
